How long will the content of the training course be available?
Your access to the training course will remain available for two weeks after the release of lesson 14 (the last lesson). After completing the online training course, you will receive a PDF file containing all the lesson content, including the videos and meditations. The meditations from the library can be downloaded to your computer for the duration of the program.Â

It's an online training course, so how can I keep myself motivated to follow the course?
You will receive a reminder email every week as soon as a new lesson is available. The prayer meditations are also a great way to stay focused on your path. You can also find a buddy in our online community, so you can motivate each other. Ultimately, of course, it is your own responsibility to stay motivated and committed to the program.
Can I follow this training course if I'm not computer savvy?
Yes, you can definitely follow this training course even if you are not computer savvy. We understand that technology can be daunting, so before the start of the training course we will invite you to an online ‘e-learning instruction’ meeting. During this meeting, we will guide you through our online community and e-learning platform, and help you get familiar with the tools you will need to use for the course. We have helped many participants, including some who are over the age of 75 and claim not to be computer savvy at all. So, don’t worry, we are here for you and we’re happy to help.
